Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and work with business stakeholders to uncover, clarify, and analyse requirements.
• Capture business, functional, and configuration requirements in clear documentation.
• Prepare business requirements specifications and functional specifications.
• Review existing processes and help define improved future-state solutions.
• Maintain requirements traceability and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.
• Partner with delivery teams, technical specialists, and external parties to help drive successful project outcomes.

Ideal candidate

• Demonstrated background as a Business Analyst on technology or digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and engage a range of stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience documenting business and functional requirements.
• Well-developed capability in process mapping and business analysis.
• Comfort working across business and technical teams.
• Experience in large, complex organisations.
