Business Analyst

Role overview

This contract Business Analyst position is based in Singapore and focuses on delivering business-critical solutions in a regulated setting. The role requires someone who can shape requirements into practical, compliant outcomes and guide work through the full delivery cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete solution journey from initial requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation.
• Convert business and regulatory needs into precise, well-documented requirements.
• Make sure solutions are compliant, suitable for audit review, and aligned with business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, implementation, and support after go-live.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Background in regulated industries such as gaming, finance, government, or similar environments.
• Solid understanding of SDLC practices, including Agile and Waterfall, along with testing workflows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical capability.
