Bread and Cake Baker

Role overview

This position is for an experienced baker who can oversee day-to-day kitchen operations while producing bread, cakes, and pastries. The role also calls for someone who enjoys guiding, coaching, and developing team members.

Requirements

• You should bring at least 5 years of relevant baking experience.
• A secondary-level education or higher is expected.
• Prior experience in a bakery in Singapore would be an advantage.
• You need to work well on your own, contribute creative ideas, and remain proactive as part of a team.
• The job requires strong time management and readiness for early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily preparation and production of breads, cakes, and pastries.
• Maintain output levels to meet daily targets without compromising quality.
• Keep bakery operations running smoothly while providing consistent support and ensuring food safety and baking compliance standards are followed.
• Maintain a tidy, hygienic, and safe work environment at all times.
