Role Overview

We are seeking a Bartender who can help uphold a modern, guest-focused service culture. This role calls for someone who delivers warm, personalized hospitality, offers thoughtful beverage recommendations, and contributes to an exceptional guest experience. You will also support revenue growth through service excellence and sales-oriented engagement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with contemporary mixology techniques, bar tools and equipment, and sanitation practices, while maintaining a clean, appealing, and well-presented bar. The position also allows space for creativity, conversation, and the development of an individual bartending style built on prior experience.

Candidate Profile

The hotel is looking for someone with strong interpersonal abilities, a caring approach toward guests, and the confidence to connect with people from different backgrounds. Experience in international luxury hotel environments is valued, as it demonstrates adaptability across cultures and service expectations.

A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. The role also suits someone eager to keep learning, grow professionally, handle pressure effectively, and communicate fluently in English.
