About the Role
THE HOSTS GROUP creates and operates distinctive, forward-looking hospitality and leisure concepts in prime locations. At Sir Helga, the company opened its restaurant in Berlin-Friedrichshain in August 2022, building a place designed for enjoyment and comfort. The team is now looking for a Barkeeper (m/w/d) to join the venue in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the bar area and beverage storage organized and well maintained.
- Prepare hot and cold drinks, including cocktails and signature beverages.
- Sell drinks and advise guests at the bar.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety standards.
- Work with the corporate team to create and refine new drink recipes.
Profile
- Initial experience in hospitality or gastronomy is expected.
- A well-groomed appearance and polite, professional manners are important.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Interest in high-quality products and fresh ingredients is required.
- Motivation to keep learning and developing professionally is valued.
