Role overview
Cobra Coffee is looking for a Barista to help deliver the Starbucks experience in Royal Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment by serving high-quality drinks, food, and products while building real connections with customers.

What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items consistently in line with recipe and presentation standards.
- Support daily store routines such as opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security.
- Assist teammates during busy periods to keep service running smoothly.
- Understand customer preferences and store needs so you can respond proactively.
- Deliver friendly, customer-first service and create meaningful interactions with guests.
- Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and well organized for both customers and partners.
What to expect
No prior barista experience is required. The key requirement is a strong passion for customer service and creating enjoyable experiences for guests.
The role involves making handcrafted drinks, getting to know regular customers, and helping build a positive store atmosphere where each day can look different from the last.
