Role overview

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join CH&CO on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week in Ware, England. This role is focused on making well-presented drinks, delivering excellent service, and supporting a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities

• Prepare blended beverages with care and serve food that meets quality expectations
• Keep the coffee bar and service area tidy and well maintained
• Handle customer payments by cash and card
• Work positively with the team and communicate clearly
• Maintain a ready supply of clean cups, mugs, and plates
• Build knowledge of brewing techniques, drink combinations, food prep, and presentation
• Check coffee and brewing equipment for proper operation and report faults or repair needs
• Represent the CH&CO brand in a professional and upbeat way
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
• Follow health and safety rules at all times
