Your work will help program teams across functions plan, execute, and report in a consistent, scalable way. This role reports to the Director of Program Delivery in the PMO and is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of enterprise Atlassian administration, including add-ons, integrations, and platform releases, while maintaining strong availability, security, performance, and reliability standards.
- Build and improve advanced workflows, custom fields, and automation rules so they align with PMO governance and program delivery methods.
- Work with IT to assess, manage, and connect Atlassian add-ons and integrations with enterprise systems such as identity management platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and business intelligence tools.
- Partner with PMO leadership to uphold governance requirements, review and document current processes, preserve documentation of system setups, and support data integrity and effective tool use. Escalate risks or concerns appropriately when needed.
- Evaluate operational needs and roll out tools, including AI-enabled solutions, across the enterprise. Create user guides and training materials that support self-service across business functions.
- Identify, recommend, and deploy AI-driven workflows that increase PMO impact at scale, train Program Managers on adoption, and add reusable automations to the PMO playbook.
- Handle the support queue and troubleshoot technical issues for a broad internal user base while meeting established SLAs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication for stakeholders at all levels and take on other related duties as assigned.
What you need

- 3 to 5 years of experience administering Atlassian tools in an enterprise setting.
- One or more Atlassian certifications are preferred, such as Certified Jira Administrator, Confluence Administrator, or Jira Service Management Administrator.
- Strong hands-on experience with JQL, advanced reporting, and scheme design for large user groups.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methods, along with how Atlassian tools support them at scale.
- Exposure to scripting languages such as Groovy or Python for automation work is an advantage.
- Strong process management skills, including setting timelines and managing the steps needed to complete work.
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability when choosing the best option to address business problems or opportunities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with active listening for clarification.
- A strong sense of accountability for personal and team commitments.
Who you are

- You have a growth mindset and are open to learning, experimenting, sharing feedback, and building on what works.
- You stay steady during change and uncertainty, responding thoughtfully and calmly.
- You work well across teams, build strong relationships, and help information flow efficiently.
- You are willing to ask difficult questions in pursuit of the best outcome.
- You communicate clearly, proactively, and inclusively while listening carefully.
