- Any graduate who can work on-site in Gurugram and is comfortable handling customer-facing sales conversations may apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible. Role Overview
Policybazaar is hiring an Associate Sales Consultant to work from its Gurugram office. This role is suited to candidates who are comfortable speaking with customers, explaining insurance offerings clearly, and supporting the sales process while keeping customer experience strong.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers through phone calls, emails, and chat interactions.
- Present insurance products and service details in a simple, customer-friendly way.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and help drive revenue.
- Stay on top of follow-ups and make sure customer satisfaction remains high.
- Address concerns, manage objections, resolve questions, and nurture lasting customer relationships.
Candidate Profile
The company is seeking energetic, service-oriented professionals who can communicate well, handle customer conversations smoothly, and support sales outcomes. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome. Preference is given to applicants who can speak regional languages, especially English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Work Location and Schedule
This position is based only in Gurugram, Haryana. The work model is on-site. The schedule follows a 6-day workweek with rostered weekly off days. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation
The salary for this role is in the range of 3.2 to 4.2 LPA.
