Role overview

As an Associate Implementation Specialist (d/f/m) focused on the German-speaking market, you will help customers across the DACH region get started successfully with Personio. Your work will center on onboarding, adoption, and relationship management, ensuring HR teams gain value from the platform from the beginning of their journey.

This position is hybrid and requires three in-office days each week. It may be based in Munich, Dublin, or Berlin.

What you will do

• Support new customers through setup and integration so they can adopt Personio smoothly.
• Encourage ongoing product usage to improve retention and long-term customer value.
• Run regular customer meetings to understand needs and offer practical, tailored advice.
• Manage several onboarding projects at once while keeping schedules, priorities, and budgets under control.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues, working with internal teams and raising bugs when needed.
• Build trusted customer relationships, address concerns constructively, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver strong outcomes and share customer feedback.
• Help onboard new colleagues, contribute to internal documentation, and improve team processes.

What we are looking for

• Fluency in both German and English; an additional language is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS, B2B, or B2C.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
• Comfort learning new technology quickly and becoming confident with new products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
• A growth-oriented mindset with adaptability, resilience, and a drive to improve outcomes.
