The Associate Digital Merchandiser supports category-level digital experiences and helps advance the ecommerce strategy. This position works across teams to create strong site presentations, use performance data to guide decisions, and improve the online customer journey in ways that support conversion and sales.

What you will do

• Build and maintain category pages so that content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice.
• Improve onsite merchandising through better product mix, placement, and site navigation.
• Review ecommerce data such as traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior to spot patterns and growth opportunities.
• Support seasonal rollouts, promotional activity, and other major digital initiatives.
• Work with Marketing, Planning, and Creative partners to ensure site content supports larger business goals.
• Track site performance and suggest changes that can strengthen the customer experience and lift conversion.
• Contribute to A/B tests, personalization efforts, and ongoing optimization work.
• Keep product information, content, and images complete, correct, and updated on time.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a similar area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the skill to interpret data and turn it into practical actions.
• Prior exposure to ecommerce platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable systems.
• Excellent organization and the ability to balance several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working across functions.

Education

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
