Role overview
Singapore Airlines is looking for an Associate Cabin Crew Rostering professional to join the Cabin Crew Rostering team within the Flight Operations Division in Singapore. This is an office-based operations role focused on planning, checking, and managing cabin crew schedules so that each flight is staffed appropriately while meeting safety, service, regulatory, and welfare requirements.
What you will do
- Prepare and release cabin crew rosters in a timely manner, making sure the schedule follows regulatory rules, service expectations, work rules, and the targets configured in the rostering system.
- Support the pre-assignment of crew duties, flights, and training, and carry out checks to confirm the rosters are accurate and compliant before publication.
- Help maintain proper cabin crew coverage across flights without breaching safety, service, regulatory, or crew welfare requirements.
- Assist with managing annual leave allocation and leave requests while keeping adequate staffing levels in place.
- Look into roster- and leave-related questions from crew members and provide responses as needed.
- Take part in testing of crew-related systems such as roster optimisation and tracking tools, and share observations on how the systems perform.
- Handle additional related tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- A diploma is required, preferably with exposure to IT systems or a systems-related background.
- Prior familiarity with crew rostering processes is an advantage.
- Experience with Crew Manager (CM) and SAP will be beneficial.
- Applicants should be collaborative, self-driven, positive in attitude, and strong in communication and analytical thinking.
Selection note
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
