Assistant to Creative Director

Role Overview

RadicalMedia is looking for a highly imaginative and committed creative assistant to support an established director known for commercials and music videos. The position is based in Santa Monica, CA and focuses on helping shape ideas and carry projects through from concept to completion. This opportunity is expected to continue for at least two years and is suited to someone with a strong creative instinct and the ability to contribute in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

You will assist in developing and executing original creative work, contributing across the concepting process and day-to-day production support. The role calls for someone who can help maintain creative momentum, work closely with the director and team, and support a wide range of projects while keeping quality and originality at the center.

Experience and Skill Expectations

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in graphic design, strong writing ability, familiarity with film and television concepts, and hands-on photography experience. Comfort using Adobe tools and Keynote is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is between $65,000 and $70,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a strong 401(k) plan, 85% employer-paid medical coverage, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
