About the Role
The HR Business Partnering team at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant HR Operations Manager to support the Family and Community Care Group. This role offers a fantastic chance to contribute to the HR Operations team and develop as a HR professional within a supportive and inclusive environment. The position is agile, involving both remote work and on-site duties across Trust locations.
The successful candidate will assist the HR Operations Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in managing the HR operations for their assigned divisions. This involves providing expert HR advice, support, and information on various operational HR matters, escalating complex issues as needed. The role requires autonomous management of a caseload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
