About the Role

Join a luxury beauty house dedicated to elevating the customer experience and growing a premium retail business. In this position, you will help deliver the brand’s vision of beauty, joy, and French luxury while supporting the day-to-day success of the counter.

As an Assistant Business Manager in the Retail team, you will take ownership of sales performance across make-up, skincare, and fragrance, while helping the team deliver a highly personalized, high-end service to every client. You will work closely with internal and store partners, including the Business Manager, Beauty Department Manager, counter colleagues, store management, and HR teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Set clear performance goals for team members in line with company expectations.
  • Drive sales proactively and deliver a premium standard of service to customers.
  • Coach and support the team so that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Encourage cross-selling across product categories to improve average transaction value and average transaction units.
