About the role

Green by Nature is a leading Australian landscape services organisation known for its award-winning work. The business delivers outdoor spaces that support wellbeing, sustainability, education, and long-lasting community impact.

The company has been entrusted with the care of some of the most prominent and high-profile green spaces in Canberra, and is now expanding its team for this new phase of work. Multiple positions are being recruited for this project.

What you’ll do

• Work as part of the arboriculture team in day-to-day tree care and maintenance activities.
• Deliver tree maintenance work to a consistently high standard.
• Pass on practical knowledge and support to other team members and apprentices.
• Help build and maintain a workplace culture where safety comes first.

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience as an arborist and the ability to take on new challenges within a growing organisation.
• Either an AQF Level 5 qualification in arboriculture or equivalent relevant hands-on experience.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• A valid White Card.
• Current Working With Vulnerable People clearance.
• A recent National Police Check.
• A valid driver’s licence.
