AI Implementation Officer

Role overview

A Dubai-based business group with a growing presence across luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands is hiring an AI Implementation Officer to help plan and roll out practical AI solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and deploying AI initiatives, including evaluating appropriate tools and solution options.
• Design and set up automations using no-code and low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Work closely with teams from different functions to review workflows, spot opportunities to improve processes, and embed AI-enabled solutions.
• Keep automation and workflow documentation up to date and share regular progress reports and outcome updates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technology, operations, or process improvement.
• Practical experience with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Good grasp of automation concepts, process mapping, and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to Python or JavaScript is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Notion, or Trello.
• Strong analytical ability.
