Role Summary
The Accounts Assistant will support Account Managers who look after a portfolio of clients in a busy setting. The role involves handling enquiries connected to invoicing, expenses, payroll, and company accounts, while ensuring a high standard of accuracy and client service.
Key Duties
- Support Account Managers in managing client work across a fast-moving portfolio.
- Respond to queries relating to invoices, expenses, payroll, and company accounts.
- Run Irish payroll processing for clients according to their instructions.
- Use strong administrative and organisational ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Maintain a consistently high level of client service.
- Investigate payroll issues, identify discrepancies, and resolve them efficiently.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping position.
- Prior hands-on experience with Irish payroll.
- Self-motivated attitude with initiative and a strong focus on getting work done.
- Well-developed administration and organisational abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a client-facing role.
