Role overview

This opening is for an Account Manager who can operate at the crossroads of client service and project delivery. The right candidate will be comfortable building trust with clients, coordinating work across teams, and making sure projects are completed smoothly and effectively.

Role type: Fully remote for candidates anywhere in the world, or hybrid from the Skopje office.

What you will do

• Act as the main contact for clients and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
• Keep projects moving by managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Translate client goals into work that fits Relish’s creative direction and delivers real impact.
• Partner with strategists, designers, and content specialists to ensure seamless execution.
• Spot potential issues early and solve them before they affect clients or the internal team.

Experience and skills needed

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in an agency environment, ideally handling creative projects and client relationships.
• Clear, proactive, and empathetic communication style.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to understand both the details and the bigger picture.
• Excellent people skills and a natural ability to build collaborative relationships.
