About the Internship
This HR internship is meant for someone who enjoys talent acquisition, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring operations. The role sits within the HR team and focuses mainly on recruitment-related work. Strong communication, a practical interest in hiring, and confidence in negotiations will be useful in succeeding here.
Responsibilities
- Review resumes to shortlist candidates who match the requirements of open roles.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers and keep the process running smoothly.
- Make phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability and qualifications.
- Work with the team to shape and improve recruitment approaches.
- Handle offer discussions with candidates to help close strong talent for SolarSquare.
- Support onboarding activities so that new joiners settle in comfortably.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administration whenever needed.

Compensation and Perks
The stipend for this internship is INR 14,000 to 15,000 per month. The selected intern will also receive a certificate.
