Windows Application Developer

Role Overview

Zibtek is seeking a Windows Application Developer to build and maintain desktop software for the Windows platform. The company is a custom software development firm that provides secure software engineering and IT staff augmentation services. Established in 2009, it is led by experienced industry professionals who have founded, scaled, and successfully exited multiple businesses.

What You Will Work On

The role involves hands-on development of Windows applications with a strong focus on low-level programming, performance, and stability. The work will require active use of C and C++, concurrency control, memory optimization, socket-based communication and inter-process communication, as well as development of DLLs and Windows services.

Technical Expectations

You should be comfortable working with the Win32 API, Visual Studio, Git, debugging tools, and profiling utilities. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, CMake/MSBuild, and the internal behavior of the Windows operating system is also important for success in this position.

Experience Required

This opportunity is intended for professionals with at least 3 years of experience in Windows application development.
