Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site welding and fabrication position based in College Park, GA. The role involves building and welding metal components, using blueprints and technical drawings to guide the work, and making sure the finished output meets quality standards. The company currently has openings for fabricators on both first and second shifts.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle welding and fabrication work on structural and miscellaneous steel, operate welding tools and equipment, and verify that completed parts meet required specifications and integrity standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on capability in welding methods, including MIG welding
- Ability to understand and work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using welding tools and related equipment
- Background in welding and fabricating structural and miscellaneous steel
- Good knowledge of workplace safety practices in welding environments
- Strong focus on detail and workmanship quality
- Welding certification or a related diploma is considered an added advantage
- Must be able to pass a drug test
