Role overview
We are seeking an experienced watch maker to join the Midlands Service Centre in Leicester. The role is suited to someone with a strong background in prestige watch servicing and repair, and a genuine enthusiasm for luxury timepieces.
You will contribute to the delivery of an outstanding client journey by producing high-quality work across the various brands within the group. In this position, you will act as a brand ambassador, support your team, and help ensure every client receives a premium experience.
What you will do
- Carry out servicing and repairs on mechanical and quartz watches.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of workmanship across different luxury watch brands.
- Support the wider team in delivering an excellent client experience.
- Manage your own workload by prioritising tasks and planning effectively.
- Adapt to changing business needs and remain flexible in day-to-day work.
- Represent the company and its brands professionally at all times.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in prestige watch repairs and servicing, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, results-focused approach. You should be commercially aware, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.
About you
- WOSTEP, BHI, or an equivalent watchmaking certification.
- Relevant brand accreditations and specialist luxury watch training are preferred, though not mandatory.
- Demonstrable experience in prestige watch repair and servicing.
- Hands-on experience with both mechanical and quartz watches.
- Commercial awareness and a practical business mindset.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good organisational ability to prioritise and plan workload.
- Flexible, adaptable, motivated, and proactive.
- Results-oriented approach.
