Role Overview

The company is looking for warehouse supervisors with experience across e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and similar sectors.

Core Duties and Skills

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activity and guide staff involved in receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Keep inventory records accurate by running cycle counts and using warehouse management systems effectively.
• Ensure workplace safety measures are followed and that operations remain compliant with relevant regulations.
• Track operational KPIs, including productivity, order accuracy, and stock turnover, and share updates with management.
• Lead teams confidently and support smooth warehouse coordination.
• Use warehouse management systems with confidence.
• Apply sound problem-solving skills when issues arise.
• Manage time well to keep operations on schedule.

Requirements

• An HND or degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of prior experience in an industrial environment.
• Any certification related to safety or inventory systems will be considered an advantage.
