Role summary

This position is a full-time remote opportunity for a Visa Consultant based in Karimnagar, Telangana. The selected professional will assist clients throughout the visa and immigration process by evaluating eligibility, explaining requirements, and presenting the most suitable pathways. The role also includes managing documents, checking application forms, tracking case status, and supporting timely submissions and follow-ups.

Key duties

The consultant will answer client questions, translate complex immigration rules into simple and practical language, and keep internal records updated with accuracy. The role requires coordination with both internal colleagues and outside stakeholders when needed, plus regular attention to changes in immigration regulations. The position also contributes to improving internal workflows and building useful reference materials for the team.
