About the Role

In this role, you will create motion-driven visual content for both short-form and long-form video formats. The focus is on transforming scripts, concepts, and ideas into polished videos that capture attention and create impact.

Responsibilities

• Build motion graphics for social media content, explainer videos, and longer-format projects
• Convert scripts into compelling, retention-oriented visual stories
• Develop clean, contemporary, and visually strong design systems
• Work alongside writers, editors, and creative teammates to execute ideas effectively
• Own the visual quality of projects from initial concept through final handoff
• Apply a solid grasp of pacing, transitions, typography, composition, and storytelling through motion

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Good understanding of design principles, animation, visual hierarchy, and timing
• Ability to produce refined motion graphics with neat execution
• Strong command of composition, typography, transitions, and rhythm
• Capability to interpret scripts and turn them into engaging visual narratives
• Ownership-driven approach to managing output from start to finish
• Comfortable collaborating with editors, writers, and other creative contributors

Required Mindset

The ideal candidate should look beyond presets and plugin-based editing, and understand the purpose behind every motion choice rather than only the mechanics of moving elements.
