Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

About the Role

BYD Wollongong, part of Harmony Auto, is positioned within Australia’s rapidly growing electric vehicle market. Harmony Auto is known for bringing in a significant volume of luxury and ultra-luxury vehicles from China, with a focus on quality and a premium ownership experience.

This position is for a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator who can deliver a polished, customer-first handover experience. You will oversee the final stage of the vehicle ownership journey by managing delivery preparation, coordinating bookings, and making sure each customer receives a seamless and professional handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay in contact with customers across the vehicle build and delivery timeline.
• Arrange handover appointments, communicate expectations clearly, and help keep deliveries on schedule.
• Work with the pre-delivery team to ensure vehicles are prepared for showroom delivery with all required accessories and paperwork in place.
• Carry out final quality and readiness checks, update internal systems, and authorise release only when everything is complete.
• Keep CRM entries, delivery logs, and daily handover updates accurate and current.
• Partner with the sales team to support smooth and well-coordinated delivery planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Background in administration or coordination in busy, high-volume environments.
• A careful, process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort using technology and learning dealership software quickly.
• A valid Australian driver licence.
• Prior dealership exposure is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
