Role overview
CARGO COUNTY GROUP is hiring a Transportation Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics operations in Bolton, Ontario. This is a permanent, full-time position in the transportation and freight forwarding environment within the private sector.
Education
College or CEGEP level education is required.

What you will do
- Oversee the planning and coordination of the organization’s operational logistics.
- Work with other teams and departments to keep activities aligned.
- Prepare and file reports as needed.
- Monitor computer systems and machinery to help ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Schedule maintenance and repair activities when required.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements that raise productivity and product quality.
- Train staff on their duties and company policies.
- Assign, coordinate, and review work performed by team members.
- Order or request materials, equipment, and supplies.
