Training Manager

Role overview

Continuity Global Solutions is looking for an experienced Training Manager to support a key government program. This is a temporary assignment expected to run for up to two years, with the chance of being considered for future openings connected to this notice.

What you will do

• Create, roll out, and continuously strengthen training programs that help the mission run effectively and meet contractual obligations.
• Build and refresh course outlines, lesson plans, instructional aids, and other learning materials.
• Regularly review and revise content so it stays aligned with contract terms, operational demands, and current industry practices.
• Lead interactive instructor-led sessions in both online and face-to-face settings.
• Keep training logs and supporting documentation accurate and compliant with company and contract requirements.
• Help prepare for internal and external audits by organizing training records and verifying program compliance.
• Act as a subject matter resource for leadership and operations teams by offering training advice and guidance.
• Foster working relationships with internal teams and outside partners.
• Measure the impact of training and suggest improvements using operational input and performance data.
• Be available for travel when needed, including occasional short-notice trips to support training delivery.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Candidate profile

• Preferred backgrounds include training management, instructional design, adult learning, workforce development, program management, law enforcement, investigations, case management, or similar fields.
• Experience building and delivering specialized technical or operational training is strongly preferred.
• Professional training or instructional design certifications are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience creating curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and training materials is desired.
• Comfort delivering instructor-led training both virtually and in person is important.
• Experience teaching communication, interviewing, situational awareness, or interpersonal skills to varied audiences is preferred.
• Background in programs that support foreign-born populations is a plus.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities are needed.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities is important.
• You should be able to adjust quickly and respond to operational needs with good judgment and professionalism.
• Experience supervising or mentoring teams and helping employees grow is valued.
• Comfort working with people from different cultural backgrounds is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when mission needs require it is expected.
• Foreign language ability is an added advantage.

Minimum hiring requirements

• You must be a U.S. citizen.
• You must successfully complete all pre-employment and government suitability checks, which may include a background investigation, fingerprinting, credit review where applicable, the OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment or equivalent forms, and employment eligibility verification through Form I-9.
• A valid driver's license is required and must be kept current.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain any required government approvals throughout employment.
• If applicable, you must be able to confirm registration with the Selective Service System as required by federal law.

Work setting

This role may be based remotely or at a designated work location to be determined later. It is a full-time position. The job may involve travel, including occasional short-notice travel. Work duties may require extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer use. Training delivery will include both virtual and in-person formats.
