Role Overview
This position is for a Training Coordinator in the water sector based in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on managing vocational learning activities, screening training participants, and working closely with both internal teams and outside partners to keep programs running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the evaluation process and help choose suitable training candidates.
- Plan, organize, and follow through on vocational training initiatives.
- Work in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to support program delivery.
- Maintain alignment with ISO, quality assurance, risk management, and ISMS requirements.
- Follow company rules related to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Certificate in HR or Business Administration is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development is required.
- A specialization certificate in Learning & Development is required.
- Applicants must be fluent in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
