Role overview
As a Training Associate under the Tamheer program, you will help coordinate and support training activities across the business. This opportunity is well-suited to a recent graduate who wants to start a career in learning and development, employee training, and HR support.
Key responsibilities
- Help organize training initiatives that match business objectives.
- Manage the operational side of training, including scheduling, sending calendar invites, recording attendance, and gathering participant feedback.
- Prepare learning materials, slides, and other training content.
- Keep training documentation updated and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with simple reports and dashboards that measure training activity and outcomes.
- Support the delivery of training sessions and workshops when needed.
- Coordinate with managers to understand training needs and assist with learning programs.
- Continue learning and contribute ideas to improve training methods, workflows, and tools.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar discipline.
- Either a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in training, HR, or administration.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint knowledge is beneficial.
- Genuine interest in training, learning, and development.
- Strong organization skills and close attention to detail.
- Confidence and willingness to build presentation and facilitation skills.
- A proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to work well in a team.
