Role Overview
As a Trading Assistant, you will help grade Pick’em and Sportsbook projections and settle games accurately and promptly. You will also support the Trading team during trading shifts by helping with market posting and pricing.
This is a full-time hourly role. Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends.
Key Duties
- Record player and game statistics accurately.
- Monitor the games featured in the app to make sure entries are paid correctly as market outcomes are resolved in real time.
- Support trading operations across football, esports, tennis, golf, soccer, baseball, basketball, and additional sports.
- Take on broader responsibilities as you gain experience in the position.
What You Bring
- Strong passion for sports, including leagues and events such as NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, EPL, golf, UFC, NASCAR, F1, and esports.
- Solid understanding of DFS and fantasy sports props.
- High attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate closely with others.
- Availability to work nights and weekends in line with the sports schedule.
- Interest in sports betting.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience in gaming or sports betting.
- Background in statistics, scorekeeping, or similar detail-heavy work.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting base pay for this role is targeted at $20 per hour, along with target equity. Final compensation depends on the candidate’s skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
