About the Company
Apollo Heat Exchangers Pvt. Ltd. is an established micro and small enterprise with a turnover of 100 CR. Founded in 1952, the company specializes in customized heat transfer solutions and precision heavy fabrication for industries such as railways, defense, power, cryogenics, and infrastructure equipment. Its office and manufacturing plant are located in Boisar (Tarapur MIDC), near Mumbai.
Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Tools & Die Setter responsible for setting up, proving out, and resolving issues related to progressive dies and Fin press machines. The role also involves inspection work focused on core components, especially fin inspection, along with upkeep of tooling across the Tool Crib, Dixy, and Standard room.
Responsibilities
- Set up progressive dies and Fin press machines for production use.
- Run trial checks, validate output, and troubleshoot machine or die-related issues during setup.
- Inspect core components, with special attention to fin quality and inspection standards.
- Track, organize, and maintain tooling materials and assets in the Tool Crib, Dixy, and Standard room.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for a highly skilled Tool & Die professional, preferably with NTTF, GTTC, or an equivalent background.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Additional Information
Location of work: Boisar, India. The compensation offered is in the range of INR 2,50,000 to 3,75,000 per year.
