This opportunity sits within a busy, supportive team responsible for keeping hospital staffing in place and running efficiently. The Temporary Staffing Assistant will help deliver essential support to the temporary staffing function across the trust.

What you will do

  • Act as a key contact for bank and agency workers, hospital departments, and outside staffing partners.
  • Promote and allocate open shifts through bank staff wherever possible to reduce the need for agency cover.
  • Handle shift bookings carefully and accurately so all vacant shifts are covered safely.
