직무 설명
Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable, service-oriented Teller to work from Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time on-site role, and the selected candidate must be willing to relocate if required. The position offers a fixed salary of AED 3,000 and requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately handle routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Check customer identification and follow internal banking rules as well as regulatory standards.
- Explain products and services to customers and direct them to the right banking team when needed.
- Manage the cash drawer carefully and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Spot and escalate potentially suspicious or fraudulent activity in line with AML requirements.
- Deliver a courteous, professional customer experience throughout each interaction.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a qualification in finance or business will be considered an advantage.
- Prior exposure to teller duties or customer service work is preferred.
- Strong number-handling skills with a high level of accuracy and detail orientation.
- Good verbal communication and people skills.
- Familiarity with UAE banking rules and AML practices is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing several tasks at once.
Language Requirement
English proficiency is required.
Additional Information
This role is based in Dubai, UAE and applicants must be willing to relocate. The job is full-time and shift-based. Salary is fixed at AED 3,000.
