Sultan AlOlama Medical Center is hiring a full-time Telesales Executive to work on-site in Dubai. In this role, you will manage both incoming and outgoing calls to present medical services, walk patients through treatment possibilities, and highlight clinic services to potential and returning patients.
What you will do
- Reach out to prospects and respond to incoming queries in a professional, patient-focused manner.
- Explain available treatments, service lines, and current clinic promotions clearly and accurately.
- Identify promising leads, assess their interest, and move them toward booked appointments.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and support rebooking efforts through timely follow-ups.
- Keep patient and lead information updated in the CRM and ensure records are accurate.
- Work closely with clinic colleagues to stay informed about services, offers, and changes in availability.
- Track personal and team sales performance against targets and prepare simple call and results reports.
- Follow all applicable privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements while handling patient information.
Requirements
