About the role
Tan Tock Seng Hospital is looking for a Technical Officer to support the Trauma Training Centre. In this role, you will help ensure trauma training programmes run smoothly by handling technical setup, operational coordination, and day-to-day support. This is a practical, fast-moving position for someone who is comfortable working hands-on, values dependable execution, and enjoys collaborating with a close team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and operate audiovisual and simulation equipment for training sessions.
- Carry out pre-session checks and provide live technical assistance during courses.
- Arrange training rooms and facilities according to the requirements of each programme.
- Track equipment stock, maintenance, servicing, and related records.
- Assist with internal and external venue reservations, including coordination and setup.
- Keep accurate booking records for reporting, billing, and monitoring revenue or transaction activity.
- Coordinate with IT for system-related support and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts by helping adopt technology and suggesting process improvements.
