Role overview
3IF Ventures, in partnership with FSD Africa, is setting up a Technical Assistance Facility designed to support promising African insurtech businesses as they progress beyond accelerator graduation and become better prepared for investment. The organization is seeking a practical, entrepreneurial Facility Manager to establish and oversee the programme’s day-to-day operations.
What you will do
- Partner with participating startups to assess their needs and shape support interventions that fit their stage and priorities.
- Keep delivery on track by managing milestones, progress, and execution against agreed plans.
- Coordinate closely with Rift Partners and FSD Africa to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
- Act as a representative for the Facility within the African insurance and investment ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring experience working in African markets, solid programme management ability, and a strong grasp of insurance partnerships, early-stage ventures, and technical assistance delivery.
