- Own assigned projects through completion, giving consistent progress updates and surfacing blockers quickly.
- Work with managers and employees across the business to help drive HR programs and represent HR in a visible, trusted way.
Learning and Development
- Manage and continuously refine the company’s existing learning and development platform, including onboarding, manager development resources, and role-based learning paths.

- Monitor participation, effectiveness, and development metrics, and share regular updates with the VP of HR.
- Keep the online learning library organized and current in SharePoint and Truly University so materials stay accessible and aligned with company values and programs.
- Partner with the Safety Manager and HR Manager to include safety and compliance learning within onboarding and broader development efforts.
Performance Management and Talent Programs
- Coordinate the annual performance review process, including system setup, manager messaging, timeline management, and completion reporting.
- Support managers during performance reviews by providing tools, templates, and guidance as directed by the VP.
- Assist with the creation and administration of development planning and goal-setting frameworks.
- Help run succession planning and talent review activities by preparing materials and tracking follow-up actions.
- Lead engagement efforts by organizing recognition and culture-building activities and supporting action plans that improve the employee experience.
HR Project and Program Coordination

- Maintain current HR process guides, reference documents, and templates for managers and employees.

- Self-starter who takes initiative and completes work without close supervision.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on presenting options and recommending a clear path forward.
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning and development and for building programs that help people grow.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust across different levels of the organization.
- Clear communicator who can explain HR topics in straightforward language for non-HR audiences.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities while staying calm and organized.
- Handles confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Self-aware and committed to ongoing professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
