Role overview
This Dubai-based, on-site position is a full-time opportunity for a Talent & Development Manager. The role is responsible for shaping and rolling out learning and development initiatives across BOUNCE Middle East. It focuses on performance management support, leadership development, and succession planning structures that strengthen capability, retention, and growth.
Key duties
The role partners with managers to identify capability gaps, build training materials, arrange workshops, and assess how well development efforts are working. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading training sessions, coaching employees, maintaining development schedules, and curating learning resources that fit BOUNCE’s culture and operational requirements. The position also works closely with HR and operations teams to maintain consistent development practices across venues and to communicate talent programs and career progression pathways effectively.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in talent development and talent management, with a clear ability to support employee growth and engagement. A solid background in training design, delivery, and evaluation is essential, along with familiarity with succession planning approaches that help create leadership pipelines and career paths. Strong communication skills are needed to facilitate sessions, coach team members, and work collaboratively with stakeholders. Experience in HR, organizational development, or learning and development within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment is important. The ability to interpret talent data, measure the impact of training, and improve programs based on insights is also required. Experience using learning management systems or digital training tools is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline is expected, and professional certifications are considered a plus. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a high-energy, activity-based setting while aligning development initiatives with business objectives.
