Role overview
Nissin Foods is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen its Human Resources function. This role will own recruiting activity from first conversation through onboarding, with particular emphasis on corporate professionals and leadership hires in manufacturing.
What you will do
- Run the end-to-end hiring process, including kickoff discussions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Recruit for a broad mix of positions, spanning corporate departments such as finance, marketing, and supply chain, as well as plant leadership roles like production management and quality supervision.
- Work in close partnership with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build recruiting plans that match each role.
- Review job descriptions and refine them so they are clear, accurate, and aligned with internal standards and expectations.
- Find candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, job boards, referral sources, recruiting events, and other creative sourcing approaches.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and evaluate applicants for both capability and alignment with the organization’s culture.
- Deliver a strong and positive candidate journey throughout every stage of the process.
- Build relationships with community organizations and local talent sources to widen reach and improve employer visibility.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts that position Nissin Foods as an attractive place to work.
- Keep up with current hiring trends and effective talent acquisition practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and recruiting experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience handling full-cycle recruiting in a corporate setting.
- Proven ability to hire for professional and leadership-level roles.
- Strong candidate sourcing capability and working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organization skills.
- Ability to manage several open roles and shifting priorities with strong responsiveness.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in consumer packaged goods or manufacturing environments.
- English/Spanish bilingual ability.
- Advanced use of applicant tracking systems.
- Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIR.
Compensation
The listed annual pay range is USD 72,000 to USD 102,000.
