Role Summary
This is a senior-level, full-time Talent Acquisition Manager role based at the Navi Mumbai headquarters. The position is ideal for professionals with 4 to 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially within large and fast-paced organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement hiring strategies that support business expansion and workforce planning needs.
- Study labor market trends and recruitment data to anticipate hiring demand and support decision-making.
- Build effective sourcing approaches and enhance the candidate journey to strengthen the company’s employer brand.
- Work closely with business and HR stakeholders to ensure recruitment priorities match organizational objectives.
- Assess market compensation levels to help shape competitive and fair offers.
- Use ATS platforms, analytics, and hiring tools to monitor performance and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with internal guidelines, labor regulations, and ethical hiring standards.
- Promote inclusion, people-focused practices, and constructive change while encouraging collaboration and ongoing improvement.
Experience Required
