Role overview

Recruitmark is working with an established, expanding business to find a seasoned Supply Chain Manager. This is a leadership role with real influence over both strategic planning and everyday execution across the global supply chain. You will help keep operations efficient, competitive, resilient, and commercially sustainable.

Reporting to senior management, you will take ownership of the full supply chain lifecycle, covering procurement, sourcing, stock control, warehousing, logistics, and supplier performance. The position is focused on improving operational effectiveness, building stronger supply chain resilience, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality. You will partner closely with teams across the business to simplify workflows, improve resource planning, and foster supplier relationships that support growth and long-term business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve end-to-end supply chain activities, including buying, sourcing, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of international sourcing, logistics, customs rules, trade compliance, and overseas supplier coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
  • ERP system experience is needed; postgraduate study will be viewed favourably.
