About the role

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) works with small and medium-sized businesses and supports them as a trusted partner focused on customer success.   • Experience delivering priority initiatives, improving processes, and supporting change management.
  • Track record of working across teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority to improve operational performance.
  • Understanding of enterprise customers, cloud products, and the broader market landscape.
