This entry-level store crew role offers schedules designed to fit different lifestyles. The position involves everyday retail duties such as handling cash, processing fuel transactions, restocking merchandise, and keeping the store clean. In some foodservice assignments, the job also includes preparing food and maintaining food safety standards. Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is helpful but not mandatory, as training is provided for candidates with a positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

The posted hourly pay range for this role is $11.50 to $15.41, based on the state where the job is performed. Compensation and benefits may change at the company’s discretion and are subject to the terms of applicable policies and plans.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a customer experience that meets or exceeds expectations on every visit
• Keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times
• Prepare and present food correctly, including making coffee and other customer favorites
• Handle cash accurately, process fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
• Follow all required health code and food safety guidelines
• Manage multiple tasks while standing, bending, and reaching repeatedly; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
