Role overview
Join Aldi’s store team in Tralee, where every shift can look different. The position sits at the centre of daily store operations, helping ensure shelves are filled, deliveries are handled properly, customers are supported, and the store remains a pleasant place to shop. You’ll be part of a busy, supportive team focused on delivering a strong customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Offer prompt, courteous help to shoppers and keep service levels high.
- Replenish shelves efficiently and make sure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Receive deliveries, inspect product condition and quality, and remove any stock that does not meet store standards.
Skills and experience
- A friendly, approachable manner and a willingness to assist both customers and colleagues.
- The ability to replenish stock quickly while maintaining good availability for shoppers.
- A dependable, adaptable approach with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous retail experience can help, but it is not required; mindset and reliability are more important.
