About the Role

We are seeking seasoned Solutions Architects or Subject Matter Experts with more than 8–10 years of experience in delivering Oracle Communications solutions for the telecommunications industry.

This is a hands-on technical position focused on designing, building, integrating, and supporting mission-critical OSS/BSS platforms. The work spans billing, charging, CRM, order management, provisioning, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps, with an emphasis on dependable, scalable enterprise delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Create, build, and maintain Oracle Communications applications and integrations across OSS/BSS ecosystems.
Deliver end-to-end solutions for customer management, order fulfilment, provisioning, billing, charging, mediation, and reporting.
Develop and support Oracle cartridges, APIs, workflows, integrations, and custom software components.
Administer and troubleshoot Oracle Database, WebLogic, and Linux environments while maintaining performance, security, and uptime.
Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-based implementation patterns.
Investigate complex production incidents, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes and enhancements.
Work closely with architects, developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders across the full software delivery lifecycle.
Help define technical standards, documentation practices, and engineering best practices.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience in several of the following areas is expected:

Oracle Communications products and tools such as BRM, PDC, ECE, OSM, ASAP, UIM, OCOMC, OEP, OAP CRM, BI Publisher, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Java/J2EE, PHP (Yii2), SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle Design Studio, and large-scale system integration.
Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic, and Linux system administration.
Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code approaches.
CI/CD tooling including Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, and Ansible.
Monitoring, automation, security, and DevSecOps practices for enterprise environments.
Telecom OSS/BSS domains such as billing, charging, CRM, provisioning, inventory, and order management.

Desirable Experience

Exposure to Nokia network integrations, TM Forum frameworks such as eTOM and SID, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), 5G charging, Intelligent Networks, or highly available telecom platforms.
Working knowledge of ITIL and broader enterprise governance frameworks.

Experience

8–10+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications, Oracle Communications, OSS/BSS, cloud, and DevOps environments.
