Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and release new features spanning both frontend and backend systems.
• Create detailed documentation outlining feature specifications, design choices, and implementation strategies.
• Construct reusable components, APIs, and services utilizing current engineering standards.
• Implement automated testing to ensure robust, production-ready features.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate alpha stage software releases.
• Investigate, experiment with, and assess emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Evaluate technical solutions considering performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate via GitHub, engage in code reviews, and participate actively in team discussions.
• Self-learn new technologies and pursue innovative solution development autonomously.
• Attend mandatory weekly meetings on Sundays to present progress and plan upcoming tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be available for remote work from home.
• Working hours should align with 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM Indian Standard Time to synchronize with the company’s Central European Time schedule of 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Applicants should be able to start the internship between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026.
• Commitment of three months duration is required.
• Must possess relevant skills and interests in software development.
• Currently enrolled in Computer Science Engineering or related programs.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 13,000 to 15,000, composed of a fixed ₹12,000 and an incentive between ₹1,000 and ₹3,000.
• Interns benefit from flexible working hours and a five-day workweek.
• A certificate of completion and letter of recommendation will be provided upon internship conclusion.

Required Skills and Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js or Next.js frameworks.
• Familiarity with Node.js backend development.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs construction and consumption.
• Version control experience using Git and GitHub.
• Competency in testing and debugging software applications.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and system design fundamentals.
• Exposure to AI coding tools is advantageous.
• Applicants should have previously deployed at least one web application.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with ownership.
• Comfortable presenting work progress during weekly team meetings.
