The role is part of a new initiative in India, where the engineering team is being built from the beginning. The primary product area is Seller Compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to shape strategy and define a roadmap for features and capabilities that support business goals.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to choose strong technical designs and development approaches for new products.
- Promote solid engineering practices and clear documentation while ensuring design quality and timely delivery under tight schedules.
- Handle project planning, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and tracking of external commitments.
- Support operational excellence by monitoring and managing production services.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional software development experience that is not internship-based.
- Hands-on programming experience in at least one software language.
Preferred qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is preferred.
