Role overview
This role is for a Social Media Manager focused entirely on organic social media. The position is based around the Culver City, California area, but it is fully remote. The team supports artists and their teams by building social strategies and creating engaging content that strengthens online presence.
What you will do
- Develop, write, and tailor content for social channels such as Instagram, Threads, and YouTube.
- Work closely with the Social Team as well as the Songwriter and Publishing Partnerships team to plan and publish daily posts.
- Coordinate several stakeholders, projects, and schedules at once to keep campaigns moving smoothly.
- Review creative assets, guide edits, and help optimize materials for worldwide music program campaigns.
Experience needed
- You should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in organic social media management and content development.
- Background in the streaming platform industry is required, along with direct experience working with artists.
- You must be able to create and adapt ideas across formats including written content, video, and social posts.
- A strong grasp of social platforms, current trends, and broader cultural conversations is important.
- Experience handling social content for well-known individuals and adjusting to distinct personal voices is expected.
